    What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept most major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Discover) as well as PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to complete the checkout steps, however you may use your PayPal account if you have one. 

    What is your return/exchange policy?
    Important Note: In order to move forward with a return, socks must be unworn. We've made returns fast and easy with our Returns Portal. Please start at the link below.

    Rock 'Em Returns Portal

    You may return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving original purchase (socks must be unworn and in original packaging for an exchange/return). For health and sanitation purposes, we unfortunately do not accept returns of items that have been tried on. Defective items or items that arrive damaged can be returned after our customer service staff can confirm a defect or damage. Email returns@rockemapparel.com with questions.

    What shipping method do you use?
    All orders are shipped through USPS via First Class or Priority Mail once the order has been processed. We are a customization business, and items will be processed in the order in which they were purchased. Once processed, shipping may take 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping options (such as next day air) are available at request. Please email orders@rockemapparel.com for any inquiries regarding shipping.

    When will my order arrive?
    We pride ourselves on our quick shipping times. Depending on your proximity to the East Coast, your package may arrive within 4-6 business days after your order has been processed. The creation of our shipping labels (which results in an email notification to the customer) does not represent when the order has been transferred to the post office. 

    Do you ship internationally?
    We ship all throughout the United States, and to every country in the world (even Antarctica). Orders are subject to customs fees levied by the destination country. Tracking information is currently unavailable for international orders. Please email support@rockemapparel.com for any questions regarding international shipping.

    How can I track my order?
    All orders are shipped with package tracking. Information, such as tracking numbers, is sent to the email you checked out with through our store. Please check your spam folder, or email orders@rockemapparel.com if you are unable to find your tracking information. If an item’s tracking number confirms delivery, Rock ‘Em Apparel is not liable for lost or missing packages. We will do our best in assisting you in finding your items through USPS. 

    Will my socks fade?
    Nope, as long as you follow our recommended washing instructions (cold wash inside out, hang dry)! Our customization process ensures the longevity of your item(s). Compression material on the Rock ‘Em Sock was made for all shape/size legs, looks great stretched or unstretched! We ensure your 100% satisfaction, if you have any problem with your socks, please email returns@rockemapparel.com and we’ll be happy to help you out.

    What size socks should I order?
    Depending on shoe size, we recommend the following

    • YTH - Size 2 - 5.5
    • S/M - Mens 6 - 8.5, Womens 7.5 – 9.5 
    • L/XL - Mens 9 - 13+, Womens 9.5+  Kids 9+

    How do I wash my socks?
    For best results, we recommend washing in similar colored laundry with cold water, inside out, and hang drying to prevent any possible shrinkage. Do not use bleach, we recommend color boosting detergent.
